1. Introduction

The general conditions mentioned are an integral part of the contract stipulated between you and XXXX S.L. with address for the purposes of notifications in XXXX XXXX, 12, ES-0070, XXXX (Mallorca); hereafter XXXX. The company XXXX only acts as an intermediary.

2. Conditions of contract and payment

You can make your reservation by phone, online or in person. You will receive a written confirmation of it. As of the moment of making the reservation, the conditions for cancellation expenses will come into effect (point 6). Within a period of 5 days, you must pay an advance payment of 30%, whether or not you have received the confirmation in writing. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the entry of the reservation. The payment method can be by bank transfer or card (VISA, MASTERCARD). If after 5 days the aforementioned payment has not been received, XXXX reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

In the cases in which a reservation is made when there are less than 60 days to start the reservation, the payment must be made for the total amount in the minimum possible time.

You will receive the voucher for your vacation once the reservation is settled. This voucher must be presented to the person in charge of making the delivery of the keys.

3. Benefits and prices

The published prices of houses, villas or farms are always calculated based on the indicated period.

Normally, the minimum stay is 7 nights with entry and exit any day of the week. In some cases, the entry and exit in the accommodations may be limited, as in other cases you can book stays of less than 7 nights.

Normally, extra expenses such as final cleaning, sheets and towels, electricity, heating, water or gas are included in the price. In any case, any of these extra expenses will be indicated in the voucher of the reservation, as well as the exact or approximate amount.

The general information provided for each location on possible infrastructures (means of transport, businesses, restaurants, sports facilities, bedding, etc.) are updated every so often. XXXX is not responsible for possible changes that may arise later. For example, in the low season, some benefits may not be available.

4. Modifications of prices and benefits

Although the descriptions of the accommodations and their prices have been prepared very carefully, they may undergo some modification that will be communicated at the time of booking and confirmed later in writing.

It could be the case that these modifications occurred after the confirmation of the reservation and that they affect essential points of the contract. In that case you may terminate the contract, without expenses, within five days, and the payment made will be reimbursed.

5. Inputs and outputs

In order to organize the delivery of keys to the house, you must inform at least 3 days in advance about the information regarding your arrival time. You also agree to inform XXXX about any delay. In such cases, XXXX does not guarantee the delivery of keys at their scheduled time.

The standard arrival time for the accommodation is between 4 and 7 pm and the departure time before 10 am.

If you can not occupy the accommodation on the scheduled day or time due to any difficulty during the trip or for personal reasons, as well as if you shorten your stay, YupiHome will not make any refund. If you want to extend your stay, simply request it with the necessary time.

6. Cancellation of the contract by the client

In the event that the cancellation, as long as it was not for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, wars), XXXX will apply the following expenses:

  • From the moment of making the reservation up to 91 days before the date of entry: no cost to the client.
  • Between 90 and 61 days before the date of entry: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • 60 days before or the same day of entry: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
7. Alternative or cancellation of the contract by XXX

XXXX reserves the right to replace the reserved accommodation with another of similar characteristics in an unforeseen event. In the case of force majeure (war, fire of the reserved accommodation, etc.) XXXX can cancel the contract reimbursing the total amount delivered.

8. Obligations of the client

Upon receipt at the accommodation, a deposit will be charged to your card (VISA, MASTERCARD), whose amount is indicated in the descriptive or in the voucher.

The occupation of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people indicated in the contract. The owner or responsible for keys may prevent entry to the accommodation in case of exceeding the number allowed.

The deposit will be returned in full after the departure, as long as no damage has been caused to the accommodation.

9. Claims

Despite having carefully prepared our catalog and having controlled all our accommodations, it could happen that the provision is not your total satisfaction. In this case, you must first notify the person responsible for the keys. If the problem can not be solved in this way, you must notify it directly to XXXX. XXXX will not be responsible for a subsequent claim when no complaint has been made when occupying the accommodation, or during your stay.

10. Responsibilities attributable to XXXX

If the reserved accommodation has serious deficiencies, XXXX undertakes to look for an alternative solution with similar characteristics and price. If this is not feasible due to the lack of available accommodation or because you reject all the proposals offered, all or part of the reservation will be reimbursed according to the level of responsibility of XXXX. XXXX will not be considered responsible in the following cases:
  • Negligence or omission of services attributable to third parties.
  • In the case of force majeure or unforeseen setbacks of which neither XXXX nor its representatives (responsible for keys) can respond.
  • The use of swimming pools, playgrounds for children and sports facilities of any kind (such as tennis courts, soccer fields, etc.), these being strictly the responsibility of the user.
