The space

Villa Ca's Nin is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Portocristo, wide streets, tranquility and good views of the sea. It is a very comfortable house with an outdoor area that is a delight. A large pool and a whole series of spaces with tables, chairs and sunbeds to enjoy unique moments of relaxation.
On the upper floor there are also two terraces, one of them with sea views.
Very close to the beautiful coves of the Majorcan Llevant, restaurants and promenade areas.
The house is divided into two floors, the upper floor being the house itself. It has a large dining room, a spacious and modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. On this floor there is a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea.
The ground floor and garden has a swimming pool surrounded by a garden, parking, a bathroom and a shower.

Guests have access to the entire property, except the units indicated by the owners.

The neighborhood

The Sa Torre neighborhood is a high standing residential area in the town of Portocristo. It is a very quiet neighborhood, with wide streets and very well connected to the Llevant de Mallorca road network.

Getting around

The bus network has a stop not too far away, which connects with Manacor and the towns closest to Portocristo.
If you have a car, the house has space to park 2 cars inside and
no problem to park outside

Other things to note

They are very close to such emblematic places as Las Cuevas del Drach and Cuevas dels Hams. The Rafael Nadal complex is just 10 km away in the city of Manacor.
The nearby white sand beaches and coves are some of the best on the island.
